Scott Road runs from Rose Hill Road to a junction of fences to the southeast of Juniper (3km one way).   This is a very enjoyable walk or mountain bike as an out and back route.    For a better workout, hikers or bikers can start down in Juniper and do a loop.

One end of the loop is at the end of Coldwater Drive in Juniper.   You can park at road’s end.   The trail is obvious.   As you gently climb, the views improve. Many junctions will be seen, but just follow the one most traveled.   It eventually joins Scott Road.

The other end of the loop is at the far southeast corner of Juniper in a newly-developed area (Similkameen Place).   A dirt road climbs sharply uphill near the end of the cul de sac.   This route winds up the hill at the edge of the gully.   At a higher junction, take the right (well-traveled) route up to Scott Road.
